I just bought my external CAC Card Reader for my Personal Laptop, I have already downloaded and Installed my DoD CERTIFICATES using InstallRoot and Activclient, but I went on AKO to try and sign on for the first time using CAC sign in, and the little light comes on the reader when I click the sign in button, but then the screen comes up that this is forbidden access and its not reading my CAC.
